The article lays out the coordinates, complied from 2 years of research, of what it calls an alternate geography of the Unites States. This alternate geography is hidden from public view, is unregulated and uncharted for the most part.

An estimated 854,000 people, nearly 1.5 times as many people as live in Washington, D.C., hold top-secret security clearances.
